A dull shade of this color might indicate the person is feeling blocked or bored in their life.
To be flowing means just that, to meander, to move, to change and change is often one of the hardest things for us to tolerate.
A dull shade of orange may indicate a resistance to change, the person may be very rigid in their habits and beliefs, very serious. Sometimes hard for other people to understand or get very close to.
